Our Story

Since the first day The Bistro opened  May 17, 2002  we have strived to provide the highest quality food and best service in a stylish up scale atmosphere. We only serve USDA Choice or better Angus Beef, Sushi Grade Tuna,

U-10 Diver Scallops, New Zealand Lamb and locally grown produce when available.

The Bistro has been famous for many of our original menu items like the Drunken Angus Steak, Sesame Encrusted Tuna, Grilled Diver Scallops (featured in Southern Living Magazine) and other classics we have been serving since 2002. Our wine selection is one of the largest available in South Georgia.  Come see for yourself why The Bistro Happy Hour is the best in Valdosta featured Wednesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 6 pm with 1/2 priced appetizers (one per entree ordered), house cocktails, wine by the glass and bottled beer. We also have outdoor seating were you can relax and enjoy the view of Beautiful Downtown Valdosta.
